I'm a scarf kinda girl~
Whether it's in the form of one of my Headwraps, a big Giant Square with fringe, or an oversized silk hanky- I love them all!
So really, it was only a matter of time before I tried my hand at making an Infinity Scarf-one of those looooong never ending loops of fabric that can be worn in a myriad of ways.
And since the weather is getting warmer, I didn't want anything too heavy, so I chose some super lightweight cotton voile. A soft Washed Plaid and a Sunny Yellow for contrast.

Since this was my first attempt, I didn't want to get too fancy, so I picked some relatively inexpensive fabrics to try it out. Then I thought I'd save myself even more money by buying only 1 yard of each.............

Um. NOT a smart move! I realized before I even got home, that I was going to end up with double the seams! ![]()
Yeah. Good thing the fabric didn't cost an arm and a leg to begin with, right?! LOL
TIP: NO matter WHAT- Get 2 yards of EACH fabric you're going to be using!!! Seriously- it'll make for a much nicer finished product!! And you'll be able to make 2 out of it- one to keep, and one you could gift . ![]()

It actually went together rather quickly, and without too much hair pulling. HA!
And while there's a few tweaks I'll be making for the next one-
OH YEAH! There's DEFinitely going to be more!! ![]()
I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out~

I think my favorite part, was seeing just how many ways I could wear my new ~Infinity Scarf~
{{SO aptly named! ;)}}

~And making it into my own ~Bib Style~ Necklace,
DEFinitely my favorite style!! ![]()
I've got visions of these Scarves decked out with all SORTS of goodies-
but I don't want to spill any secrets just yet!!
You'll just have to wait and see!
In the meantime, have a google, do a little research, find a tut/method that works for you- and then get creative, and make it your own!!
It's time to ~Get Spotted!!
